๐ง๐ช Us: We're Belgium people, who love cultures a lot (eg: Japan, Boudism, ...). We donโt have a car, but use public transportation to deliver your packages true postal points.
๐* 2025 : PUBLIC TRANSPORT UPDATE ! *
Postal points are now further away than before ๐. This means:
- extra costs aside of shipping costs for articles that have low price (not bundle).
- we canโt do very large packages anymore (needs to be portable).
- delivery will be slower than you are used of us (because postal points are now far away).
- We updated the Post Offices info on 2025 recommondations.
However, we want to make people happy with what we do have in our hands! ๐ช
So, to compensate we adapt by: ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ A MANUAL BUNDLE DISCOUNT! ๐ค

A. How fast can we go to a postal point?
๐ Very fast: Bpost / DHL (nearby)
๐ With delay: Mondial Relay , UPS (far away)
๐ซ Canceled orders: Vinted Go / DPD (none available)
B. Recommendations:
๐ถ - 25 euro: Mondial Relay
๐ถ + 25 euro: UPS
๐ Heavy: BPost
C. What we expect of postal offices? We want:
1. To be able to entrust the package to them.
2. A nearby option (so it's faster).
3. Availableness: opening hours, transport, adaptation in vacation periods, ...
4. Offering good service to us & you.
5. Fine results! (=> a product delivery at the end).

๐ 4,5/5 Bpost: store in area โ lovely owner of shop โ good , pretty fast shipping โ protection is mostly not needed (package do not get lost , etc) โ personal: good shipping option, especially recommended when package is heavy.
๐ฅฐ 4/5 UPS: sadly not nearby our area โ shop owner depends on wich of the two further away shops you take (we see which is available) โ UPS gives verry fast delivery (but bringing it to them is with delay) โ protection of goods uptill 85 euro , correct & protect goods โ recommended when you need to pay above 25 euro , not recommended when you pay below 25 euro. The one shop is highly friendly and kind, the other one is rude ; insulting ; breaths blame and guilt-tripping all over for not picking the postal points she gets more money from.
๐ฅฐ 4/5 DHL: Store in area โ same as Bpost โ good shipping deliveries โ good protection on goods โ itโs a good company , however Bpost has that little more. (They really went better then before on DHL)
๐ 3,5/5 Mondial Relay: not close but able โ good & friendly shop owner โ slower & good shipping โ items with small price are good protected โ personal recommended below 25,- euro (not above).
๐ซ 1/5 Homerr aka Vinted Go:
Way to far away (not even to reach by public transport), not close at all and barely reachable โ donโt know how they work on other points. But when itโs chosen, we have to cancel the order. They were Homerr before it was taken over by Vinted Go. And honestly, Homerr was terrible before. With homer we had exhausting arguments uptill they chose not to take responsibility and even ignore us, which led to pointless efforts and long wasted times. Packages got stolen and they brush it off on Vinted & Vinted brushed the responsibility off on Homerr so we couldnโt do anything about this. No one seems to even know what they should do. Which is why we donโt want to work with them anymore. But we cannot undo it on Vinted, which in my opinion should be a personal choice.
