The level of pain and discomfort will vary, but most humans will want to reduce this pain. • ARNICA Arnica appears to reduce bruising by stimulating the white blood cells to disperse any trapped blood and fluid from the injury site. • BLACK PEPPER OIL Black Pepper oil is known to increase circulation, thus creating a warming sensation on the skin. • CAJUPUT OIL Its mild pain-relieving properties make it helpful in the treatment of muscular pains, arthritis and rheumatism and relaxes the muscles. • CAMPHOR OIL Camphor reduces pain, spasms and inflammation, promotes tissue healing and stimulates local circulation. • CLOVE OIL • IODINE It helps increase blood circulation of the injured areas and sore muscles. • MAGNESIUM SULPHATE Magnesium sulphate, when used through soaking, can soothe muscle pains and help improve rough patches in the skin. • MARJORAM OIL • ALMOND OIL Just good for your skin. • PEPPERMINT OIL • COCO BUTTER I use this in place of bees wax and it is also very good for your skin. • TEA TREE OIL • WINTERGREEN OIL https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100091985959365
