Most muscle strains usually happen when a muscle or group of, are stretched beyond their limits and consequently you end up tearing the muscle fibres.
In the first instance, we need to look at what is happening to the body. It does not matter if your muscles are sore from sleeping funny or damage caused through exercise; a sore muscle is a sore muscle and it hurts. The level of pain and discomfort will vary, but most humans will want to reduce this pain.

It helps increase blood circulation of the injured areas and sore muscles.
• MAGNESIUM SULPHATE
Magnesium sulphate, when used through soaking, can soothe muscle pains and help improve rough patches in the skin.

I use this in place of bees wax and it is also very good for your skin.
